At the Listing Appointment Mr. Willies was clearly explained the Commission Requested of 6% total with 3% to Buyer's Agent and 3% to Listing Agent ( on the pre typed form) and initialed that page along with initialing all other pages and signing. The Co-Owner on a separate occasion signed the same Listing Agreement. No changes were made to the agreement. He was given an exception for one identified Buyer who did Not buy the home. I fully completed All of my duties and obtained an accepted Contract for $9,000 more than he originally wanted for the home. Only near the end of the transaction did Mr. Willies contacted me attempting to renegotiate and reduce the agreed to commission. I responded by speaking to him, texting him, and emailing him the Listing Agreement with explanation. I had done my job. He agreed by Text that I was right about the agreed to Commission. My Broker talked to Mr. Willies and requested that he provide proof of any agreement other than the signed Listing Agreement. Mr Willies claimed he did not have any. I reached out again by text to Mr. Willies. He did not respond. The Co-Owner of the home thanked me for my work and wished me Merry Christmas. I honestly and faithfully did my Job and I should be paid the agreed on commission.
